The Story behind Danatlas

‘Dan’ sounds the same as ‘丹’ in Chinese, which means drugs.

The name ‘atlas’ originates from Atlas, the Titan who holds up the sky, in Greek mythology, symbolizing ‘a pillar supporting the heavens’ and ‘lifting’. By combining the two, it reflects respect for life by Danatlas, plus the mission of ‘Developing innovative drugs with sincerity and dedication, bringing hope to restoring human health’.

Danatlas Pharmaceuticals, led by overseas-returned scientists with rich experience in innovative drug development, is headquartered in Beijing, China, with a subsidiary in Boston, USA.
