Research findings of Danatlas' innovative drug project unveiled at AACR

Beijing time, April 25, 2025, The independently developed WRN inhibitor DAT-5000A from Danatlas was presented at the 116th American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting (2025), showcasing preclinical research data for the first time in poster format.

DAT-5000A is a novel small molecule agent targeting the WRN pathway and exerting anti-tumor effects based on the synthetic lethality mechanism. It can specifically kill highly microsatellite unstable (MSI-H) tumor cells and has demonstrated excellent anti-tumor activity in preclinical studies. This research achievement has attracted widespread attention from experts and institutions in the field of tumor research at the conference.
